Used Collings CJ Sunburst

A wonderful sunburst Collings CJ featuring a sunburst Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides, in very good condition, freshly serviced and including the original hard-shell case. Built in 1997, this dreadnought is nicely played-in and has opened up into a powerful, responsive instrument. The finish shows moderate playwear - lacquer checking and an assortment of shallow scrapes, dings and scratches throughout the body and back of the neck. The frets were lightly leveled in preparation for sale and show no signs of wear with plenty of height remaining. The mahogany C-neck has a comfortable rounded profile with a decent amount of shoulder, substantial but with proportions that will be agreeable for most players.
