So you’ve been playing your instrument for some time. You have a few tunes you know well and would like to participate in a Bluegrass Jam. But you’re not sure how to approach it? If so, then this is the workshop for you!
In this workshop we will cover: How to lead a song When to take a break The importance of listening, and much more! Learn how to jam with confidence!Skills Needed: The workshop is open to all bluegrass instruments. Participants should be at or approaching an intermediate level of proficiency with their instrument.
What to Bring: Bring your instrument and 2-3 of your favorite songs that you can play and let’s get started!
Teacher: Dan Monte Calvo has played banjo since 1978. He's traveled and played with many bands in the Seattle area and Europe.
