Used Bart Reiter Special

An 11" open-back banjo from Bart Reiter's Michigan workshop in 2006, in excellent cosmetic and functional condition and including the original hard-shell case. This instrument has a bold, resonant voice and makes a great classic clawhammer banjo for folk and old-time styles. Fresh fretwork and setup by the Dusty Strings expert repair team has it in top-shape and playing great all the way up its comfortable rounded over V-shaped mahogany neck. Playwear is limited to some hazing of the hardware and discoloration of the head.
