This vintage inspired series pays homage to guitars from the 30's that were made to be affordable for players at the time, but have since become some of the most sought after collector models on the market. With a satin finish and very light build quality, they have a responsiveness and punch to them that can sometimes be lost in the more refined building techniques commonly seen. This model combines the black finish and white pickguard design that's often referred to as the "tuxedo" style and comes stock with the Retro string line that accentuates the mid-forward tone quality. The added Fishman pickup makes this instrument ready for the stage or studio, but like all Martin's, sounds great acoustically.
