A real gem from Martin's discontinued Vintage series, the HD-28V is a scalloped X-braced rosewood dreadnought with a mahogany modified V neck and other choice, retro-inspired appointments. This example comes from 2011 and is in prime condition, with minimal playwear evident in the finish and the fretwire. This is a good one; loud and clear with tons of low end and sweet, bold trebles. Very capable and versatile; it would make a worthy "quiver of one." Setup for optimal playing action with a proper neck angle and plenty of height on its cut-through saddle. Includes original arch-lid hard case.
