A 2018 McAlister 00-21 12-fret featuring an Adirondack spruce top and figured mahogany back and sides, in excellent+ condition and including a Harptone hard-shell case. Roy McAlister has a reputation for building some of the highest quality acoustic guitars around, and this example is one of the finest sounding guitars in the shop. Rich and detailed with cutting, focused bass and lush trebles - just an impeccable sounding instrument. Very few blemishes to be found with playwear limited to a few scattered shallow finish dings around back and the neck - few and far between and all minor. Setup with action measuring 6/64" and 4/64" from the 12th fret to the bottom of the low and high strings, respectively, with .006" relief in the neck. Fretwire shows no visible signs of wear.
