With a nod to classic Martin models of the past, this guitar is part of the new redesigned Road series. Using a domestic hardwood for the back and sides lends a more sustainable angle to the materials without sacrificing tonal quality. The Black walnut is referred to around Nazareth as "Pennsylvania rosewood", providing a sound profile not dissimilar to it's tropical counterpart. The style-28 inspired aesthetics also lend a vintage correct feel to this instrument. With an E-1 pickup system and soft-shell case this guitar is ready for both the stage and studio.
