Used 2023 Lowden F-50 spec'd to the heavens with premium appointments including mastergrade tone woods, a contoured arm rest, and full abalone top purfling, in near-mint condition and including its original Ameritage hardshell case. This guitar is just about as deluxe as Lowden can make them. A hand-tuned sinker redwood top and African blackwood back and sides contribute to a notably refined voice — a bit more scooped with more even balance than your typical midrange-forward Lowden sound— making it an excellent tool for everything from nuanced fingerpicking to heavy strumming and beyond. Its clarity and headroom also help it to excel in DADGAD and other alternate tunings. Setup with action measuring 6/64" and 4/64" from the 12th fret to the bottom of the low and high strings, respectively, with .006" relief in the 5-piece maple and rosewood neck. Condition is near-mint, with no detectable blemishes in the semi-gloss finish and no signs of wear in the fretwire in any position.
