With its straight-grained mastergrade Adirondack spruce top and its back and sides of century-old church pew mahogany, this custom Lowden F-35c is a grail guitar if there ever was one. And it sounds divine, with the signature Lowden midrange accompanied by a deep, focused low end and bold, full-bodied trebles all the way up the board. Outfitted with the fingerstyle variant of Lowden's incomparable 5-piece mahogany and rosewood neck, the wider string spacing of which not only facilitates stress-free fingerpicking, but also offers a bit of welcome forgiveness for the crosspicker and lead player. Freshly setup and playing great with low action and level frets with no signs of wear. Cosmetic appointments include black ebony binding, a brilliant abalone rosette, and of course the ever-elegant semi-gloss finish Lowden is known for. Includes original Ameritage hard-shell case.
