Description
The classic baritone uke is tuned the same as the first four strings of a guitar and thus has become a favorite among guitarists looking for a small instrument to travel with. However, the baritone is also appreciated by dedicated uke players to add a lower voice to their favorite jam circle. Noted on Kamaka's website, this is the favorite model to play for company president Chris Kamaka. We understand why. The punchy mid-forward tone is both articulate and woody, while the nylon strings provide a comfortable feel for both fingerpicking and strumming.
