F-style, flamed maple, Adirondack spruce, ebony fingerboard, ebony headstock overlay with abalone flourish inlay, 1-1/8" nut width, full-gloss sunburst lacquer finish, ivoroid bound body and neck binding. Excellent example of a early MF-5 with minimal playwear. The "H" in the model designates the use of hard maple. Serial number 42
