Used Matthew Tolley A-Style
$2,795.00
A superbly crafted A-style mandolin from skilled builder Matthew Tolley in Seattle. It features a carved solid spruce top, comfortable rounded-over flamed maple V-neck, traditional two tone bar construction, oil varnish finish, and a one-piece back of spectacularly figured maple. It sounds brilliant and articulate, with a touch of woody midrange to temper the trebles. In excellent condition, with two barely visible scuffs in the finish and little to no discernible wear on the gold Evo fret wire. Freshly set up with optimal playing action by the Dusty Strings repair team.
