Used Haxton Model Q
$2,495.00
Made here in Fremont in 2011, this Model Q is an original design from David Haxton, a Dusty Strings veteran and local Seattle luthier extraordinaire. The Model Q is a modern guitar with some unique construction features including a walnut neck with a proprietary bolt-on joint, a Florentine cutaway, and an asymmetrically braced top. It is wildly resonant and responsive, producing a loud, harmonically rich tone with minimal force. A great option for contemporary fingerstyles. Condition is very good, with effortless low action courtesy of a fresh neck reset. One crack has been professionally repaired and cleated on the bass side lower bout.
