Used Dobro 27-B "Double-Cyclops" (1932)

A very rare variant of the Model 27-B round neck, the "double cyclops" was produced in limited numbers in 1932 only. This example in dark walnut finish has weathered the years nicely and is setup with comfortable, low playing action. It sounds rich and resonant and sustains beautifully. Condition is very good for its age; completely crack-free, with finish dings and scratches throughout (see photos). The spider cone is a replacement, as is one tuner button, but all hardware is otherwise original. The original resonator cone is included with the sale.
