Used National Scheerhorn L-Body Rosewood

Made by the small team at National Resophonic in San Luis Obisbo California, this 2021 Scheerhorn L-body square-neck resonator is faithful to Tim Scheerhorn's original designs, including his handspun cone and internal polycarbonate baffle system. This example is in particularly excellent condition. It features all solid-wood construction with an Adirondack spruce top, East Indian rosewood back and sides, and a Honduran mahogany neck. Ivoroid binding all around and herringbone top purfling. 25" scale.

This resonator sounds remarkable; it's loud and balanced and sustains beautifully. Sold with its original Scheerhorn hard shell case.
