Ragtime blues encompasses the southeastern (Piedmont) and southwestern traditions of Blind Boy Fuller, Reverend Gary Davis, Miss. John Hurt and Big Bill Broonzy. This workshop will teach a classic tune from the tradition, how to develop strong thumb accompaniment and techniques for embellishment and improvisation. For intermediate and advanced guitarists.

Eric Madis is a working musician, recording artist and has taught guitar throughout the US and Canada since 1976.
