Used 2020 McAlister Concert model 12-string featuring a German spruce top and figured mahogany back and sides, equipped with a K&K Pure Mini pickup, in excellent condition and including an Ameritage hardshell case. As we've come to expect from the workshop of the lately retired Roy McAlister, this guitar is constructed with exceedingly fine materials and craftsmanship and has a refined, sophisticated tone to match its premium fit and finish. A very responsive instrument with a smooth, satisfying bass and plenty of top-end chime. Setup with optimal playing action measuring 6/64" and 4/64" from the 12th fret to the bottom of the low and high courses, respectively, with .006" relief in the D-shaped mahogany neck and healthy saddle exposure above the surface of the ebony bridge. Cosmetic details include full flamed koa binding, 7-ply wooden top purfling, and a beautiful figured wood and abalone rosette. This is a one-owner guitar and has been meticulously cared-for; there is very little evidence of handling or wear in either the finish or the frets.
